Our Policies




*To finalize your reservation, we require a minimum of 50% deposit of your total order. We are unable to hold any equipment without deposit.

Balance Due date:
Balances must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to your delivery date.

Reservations:
We require a 50% deposit to secure your equipment for your event date. A quote form is not a reservation.

Weather Related Cancellations:
Kids Zone Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel deliveries due to extreme winds and/or thunderstorms. If Kids Zone Party Rentals decide to cancel deliveries on your event date, you will be notified the day prior or earlier and a full refund will be issued. If rain is predicted on the day of and during the hours of your event (20% chance or higher), and Kids Zone Party Rentals did not cancel deliveries on your event date, you will be given the option to reschedule your event as long as the request is made 24hrs. in advance.

Non-Weather Related Cancellations:
In the event that you must cancel your event for any reason, the cancellation must be made 14 days prior to your original event date on file to receive a full refund to your original payment method. If your event is cancelled after the 14 day cancellation period, you will have the option to
(a.) move your event date within the same calendar year
(b.) receive a full credit under your account to be used within the same calendar year

Deliveries:
We deliver to ground floors and easily accessible locations only. In the event that your delivery involves any steps, long walks, elevators, or hills, please inform us prior to reserving.
In the event that your delivery team arrives and there are complexities not noted on the rental agreement, you will be assessed an additional delivery fee ranginging from $100-$300. To avoid this from happening, please provide detailed delivery drop-off information so that our teams are fully equipped and have enough helpers to support your delivery.
Tables and Chairs will be "delivery only" unless you add on the setup service for a fee.

Pick up:
If you did not add breakdown service at an additional fee, all tables & chairs must be stacked or folded and ready for pickup at your scheduled pick up time. You may be assessed an additional fee if the equipment is not ready for pickup.
All inflatable devices must be cleaned of any debris, toys, balloons, and children at the scheduled pick up time. Additional fees may be incurred for wait time and debris removal.

Concession Machines:
*All machines will be delivered operable. Your delivery team will turn your machine(s) on during set-up, show you how to operate, and turn them back off upon departure. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with your machine(s) during your event, you must call the office to report immediately at 301.364.2307 ext. 0. Failure to do so will forfeit any refund due to machine malfunction. We highly recommend that you add on-site attendants to operate your machine(s) for your event. No refunds will be provided due to user error or inability to properly operate the machine(s). *ATTENDANTS are not included. This is a separate service in which we charge $25 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours to have someone on-site to serve your guests. *ICE FOR SNOW CONE MACHINE - We DO NOT Deliver Ice. Please purchase 1 16lb. bag of ice per 25 servings for your machine *REQUIRES A POWER SOURCE - Your machine must be within 100ft. of a working 3-prong outlet as all machines require electric power. If you do not have an outlet accessible, you will be required to rent or provide your own generator to power your machines.

Generators:
*We DO NOT deliver Gas. You must purchase 3-5 gallons of gas prior to delivery in order to start up your generator.

Additional Fees for Non-residential Delivery/Pickup:
There are additional fees for Venues, Public space deliveries, as well as Late Night pick ups (7pm or later). Standard Residential deliveries will only incur one delivery, install and pickup fee based on delivery zip code and any other complexities.

*** Chiavari Chairs / Throne chairs
These items will be delivered with covers. If you have an early delivery or next day pickup, you must ensure these covers are placed over the chairs once the event is over. Otherwise, you may opt for a time commitment for delivery and pickup service and your delivery team will ensure these items are protected. In the event of rain, Throne chairs must be covered and removed from the rain immediately to prevent damage.
